Designer Statement:
I have so much love and respect for single mother's and really wanted to approach this story with care and intetnion.
The thought behind the world of CVNT was meant to be a crazy, chaotic mess of life painted in a realistic and beautiful way. I think motherhood can look bright and colorful even on days that feel impossible; which lead to the development of the color palette I used.
I was lucky enough to talk straight with the source (Dir. Nicole Higgins) and talk all things motherhood and how she wanted it represented. We played with texture, layers and charming clutter.
